What is Character games for Chinese Made Easy for Kids?
Chinese Made Easy for Kids character games take the characters used by each lesson's vocabulary in Book 1 and connect them to the character-recognition games on Boba Chinese Classroom. The lists are compiled from the per-lesson word cards the publisher published. Teachers and parents pick a lesson in the browser and play, without typing up flashcards or installing anything.
In the classroom
Before class, find this week's lesson, choose a game, and project it for the class to answer in turns. To switch games, go back to the lesson list and pick another one; the character list stays. After saving the lesson to My Portal you can also run it as a Live Lesson, with students joining on their own devices.
At home
For review at home, find the lesson your child is on this week and let them choose the game. Every character has audio, so a tap plays the pronunciation without an adult reading along.

- Is it free?
- Yes. Play in the browser at classroom.bbchinese.com with no account and nothing to install.
- Why only Book 1?
- Book 1 is the only book whose word cards the publisher has published. For Books 2 to 4, and for the main Chinese Made Easy series, if you have the book, send us photos of each lesson's character list page and we can build it the same way.
- The textbook is Simplified. Can I play in Traditional?
- Yes. Every word bank carries both scripts. Switch the script in the page settings and the games follow.
- Is this affiliated with the publisher?
- No. The word banks are compiled from the publisher's published word cards and are not published by the publisher of Chinese Made Easy.
