Every lesson's new characters from Zhong Wen, the Jinan University series many weekend schools teach from, compiled into word banks from the publisher's freely published lesson PDFs and checked against the character count printed in the matching teacher's manual, then connected to the games and worksheets on Boba Chinese Classroom. Before class, pick the lesson, choose a game, and project it so the whole class reads together. Once it is saved to My Portal, the same list feeds lesson planning, sharing with parents, and printing worksheets. The textbook is Simplified; switch the script on the page and the games follow.

What is Character games for Zhong Wen (暨大中文)?
Zhong Wen character games take the new characters from each lesson of 暨大中文, the Jinan University series, and connect them to the character-recognition games on Boba Chinese Classroom. The lists are compiled from the publisher's freely published lesson PDFs and checked against the character count printed in the teacher's manual for the same lesson. Teachers and parents pick a lesson in the browser and play, without typing up flashcards or installing anything.
In the classroom
Before class, find this week's lesson, choose a game, and project it for the class to answer in turns. To switch games, go back to the lesson list and pick another one; the character list stays. After saving the lesson to My Portal you can also run it as a Live Lesson, with students joining on their own devices.
At home
For review at home, find the lesson your child is on this week and let them choose the game. Every character has audio, so a tap plays the pronunciation without an adult reading along.
